Minimum Qualifications:
Native or Non-Native speakers
Graduated from college
Thai speaking call center agents who will take in calls, answer emails, and live chats from our Thai customers.
Needs to have a stable internet connecton at home, at least 3 mbps.
Applicants must also be good in English language, both oral and written and;
Must have working experience in call center.
Job Description:
Successful applicants are going to assist our customers in their concerns regarding orders and / or product orders via call or email.
Applicants must be well-versed in the Thai and English language, both in oral and written and must be keen in details.
He/she must be willing to work on a rotational shift and can work even on weekends and holidays.
